<image:caption>Isaac Page (b.1996) is a Toronto-born composer and conductor. Isaac has served as the Assistant Conductor for both the Wilfird Laurier University Wind Orchestra and the Kitchener-Waterloo Youth Orchestra, and has appeared as a guest conductor with the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra, Richmond Hill Philharmonic Orchestra, Vera Causa Opera, and the Open Ears Festival. In 2018, Isaac was a conducting fellow with the Dennis Wick Wind Orchestra as part of Musicfest Canada. Isaac is a passionate advocate for Canadian music, as well as all varieties of contemporary music. Isaac feels just as comfortable with Pops repertoire as he is with the standard orchestral repertoire. Isaac is a founding member of The Yacht Club, a Waterloo-based contemporary music and theatre collective. From 2016 to 2018, he was the Music Director for Student Budget Productions. As a composer, his music juxtaposes the ideas of the familiar and unfamiliar in playful and often humorous ways. Isaac is inspired by the ideas of identity, and his music deals with the concepts of personal and national identity. His catalogue includes choral, orchestral, solo, chamber, theatrical, and operatic works. He was awarded a 2017 SOCAN Young Composer Award for his choral piece A Mari Usque Ad Mare. His music has been performed by ensembles such as the Richmond Hill Philharmonic Orchestra, The Yacht Club, Laurier Singers, and Flute Street. Upcoming performances include a premier of a new work for the Wilfrid Laurier Wind Orchestra. In addition to his compositions, Isaac is also an accomplished arranger, working with both vocal and instrumental ensembles. His arrangements have been performed by many orchestras, including Symphony New Brunswick and the Regina Symphony Orchestra. Isaac also arranged the music for "Leaving Eden", which was awarded Best Musical at the 2019 New York Musical Festival. Isaac studied conducting with Dr. Emily Freeman Brown and Dr. Jessica Kun, composition with Gregory Lee Newsome and Linda Catlin Smith, and viola with Christine Vlajk. Isaac has received additional study in conducting from many great teachers, including Carl Topilow, Mark Gibson, Apo Hsu, Gillian MacKay, and Mark Hopkins. Isaac is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating with a double major in Composition and Music Theory, and is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Orchestral Conducting at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Isaac Page is a time-traveling wizard who is rumored to have been born in the event horizon of a black hole somewhere beyond the known universe. He is best known for his work as one of the delegates that attended the Charlottetown Conference of 1864, as well as one of the pivotal figures of early surf rock. An inter-galactic rockstar, he was one of the first terrestrial beings to perform the Busoni Piano Concerto in the Andromeda Galaxy.</image:caption>
